Global Bridge InfoTech Inc. has an opening for the position of Scrum Master (Ref# SM63JK) to work in Irving, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.  Job Duties:  Responsible for implementing Scrum practices and Agile methodologies across multiple IT projects.  Responsible for leading various Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily scrum, iteration review, and iteration retrospective meetings for multiple and concurrent projects.  Drive end-to-end projects by identifying, gathering, cleansing, verifying, analyzing, and presenting data associated with key business problems while utilizing state-of-the-art methods and tools.  Work with Product Owners and end users to prioritize feature development and enhancements based on critical paths and business needs.  Educate and support Product Owners, especially with respect to refinement and maintaining the product backlog.  Facilitate transactional change management activities needed to reinforce the changes.  Facilitate honest and open iteration retrospectives with actionable outcomes.  Generate innovative ideas, establish new research directions, shaping and executing the information strategy in support of technical projects and new product developments.  Responsible for matrix reports including burn down charts, burn up charts, and velocity graphs.  Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources using a variety of tools and data analytics techniques.  Foster partnerships with cross-functional leadership from business streams, vendors, and end users to understand needs, capture real-time data, and translate project requirements into deliverables.  Work closely with various customer constituencies to identify business priorities and corresponding justification including positioning, persona management, requirements, and use case scenarios for current and future products.  Coach teams to higher levels of Agile maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.  Use of Agile-Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Waterfall, JIRA, Confluence, Rally, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server, and MySQL.  Travel and/or relocation required.

Requirements:  This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.  Plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year in a related occupation including Business Analyst or related experience.  Position requires 1 year of experience with Agile-Scrum and JIRA.  40hrs/week.
